INTERCICLOS Day 2015
Every December our school celebrates INTERCICLOS DAY, a special day when each vocational department prepares fun workshop activities that provide opportunities for students to interact or problem-solve.

My school & my students. Photo Collage
Every year the Infant Education students prepare a theatre play for little children. 2 year olds from a Preschool nearby visit our Vocational school in order to participate in the activities prepared by 2nd year students. They produce a theatrical show and some more engaging activities. 1st year education students are usually in charge of school and classroom decorations. They also have to look after the children on their way to our school. Below you can see some pictures showing part of the project.

Every year, the English Department leads the Halloween celebrations and activities at IES Villaverde. Take a look at the pics below and you'll see some of the creepy things we do, most of them could never be done without the contribution and help of my terrific students.

Will Coexistence be possible one day?
What do you think about the Palestinian and Israeli conflict? How do you feel about it? More importantly, how much do you know about the so called Never Ending Conflict?
Artist Nina Paley created "The Land Is Mine" to tell the story of the wars in the land called Israel/Palestine/Canaan/the Levant, since the cavemen until today, an accurate depiction of the horrible 6,000-year bloodshed in the region of Palestine, with dozens of tribes and nations fighting each other to claim ownership of that land.
