Worth Watching Ellen's Comments on the Travel Ban

Days after Donald Trump signed an anti-immigration order, the President chose the award-winning movie Finding Dory as the first film screened by the new administration at the White House.

Ellen Degeneres, the voice of the lead character Dory, took to her show’s stage to let Trump know exactly how she feels about both the executive order and his movie choice. She brilliantly uses Finding Dory’s plot to talk about immigration, family, and helping refugees — sadly the American Bigot-in-Chief probably didn’t get the message.

Many Americans today are calling for the removal of the Confederate flag on statehouse grounds in South Carolina's capital. Read this article and find out about this controversial issue. I'm copying an excerpt below:
"The flag has no meaning "regardless" of politics, or above politics; its heritage is not exempt from history. Anyone can interpret anything any way they want, but if they claim historical sanction for their interpretation, then they'd best be accurate. And in that sense, history is clear: There is no revolutionary cause associated with the flag, other than the right for Southern states to determine how best to subjugate black people and to perpetuate slavery."

Is the confederate flag a racist symbol?

Neil Young & Steven Colbert 'Save The Earth Song'

Must See Epic Performance

For the past two weeks, the legendary rock star Neil Young has been very active in the promotion of his new political single, Who's Gonna Stand Up. With a new book (Special Deluxe: A memoir of Life and Cars) out and a new album on the way, Canadian singer and songwriter Neil Young had plenty of things to talk when he stopped by The Colber Report the other night.

When they were done chatting, Colbert joined Young for a comical take on his new single from his upcoming album, Storystone. Colbert introduced the performance as 'Neil Young and Crazy Host'. A very cool song about a very serious issue that affects the entire planet.
You can watch this epic and lovely performance now in the video below.
