This publicity has a dark (non-commented side): that the system is currently bankrupted. There is a debate on how to make the health system survive here in Spain.
There is an additional dark side: the health system was excellent in the past, but the quality is questionable at the moment in many aspects, at least partly due to the burnout of doctors with poor salaries, bad contracts and low consideration.
